Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 14, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Velari website and the purchase of products from Velari Optics ("Velari", "we"). By placing an order you accept these Terms in full.

1. Products

Our blue-light filtering eyewear is CE-marked and complies with EN ISO 12312-1. Product descriptions, images, and colours are provided in good faith but slight variations may occur between batches.

2. Orders and contract formation

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, when applicable, are displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and approved third-party providers. We do not store full payment card details.

4. Delivery

We ship to the European Union and selected countries. Estimated delivery times are indicative. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal

EU consumers benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal as set out in our Refund Policy.

6. Legal warranty

Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Directive (EU) 2019/771) for a period of two years from delivery. Defects must be reported within a reasonable time after discovery.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velari's liability is limited to the price paid for the affected product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the website (logos, texts, images) is the property of Velari Optics or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state where Velari is established, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Orders are governed by the Terms in force at the time of purchase.
